Correx boards printed & cut

Today we have been printing lots of different size correx boards on our green EFI Vutek LED printer. Our software can nest customers’ jobs together to save waste. The boards are then printed with camera marks and a QR code to identify what has been nested, Then our Kongsberg CNC cutter scans the QR code and loads the cut file which then checks for the camera marks on the boards to locate the positioning. It then cuts the boards out.

Some of these boards were for Meadowhead Caravan & Camping Parks to promote their menu at their Waren Caravan & Camping Park at Waren Mill in Bamburgh. Others nested were from orders from Ebay.

Correx is an ideal material to print messages, information, promotions and more. It is lightweight and can be cable tied to lamp posts, and screwed to walls and posts.
