Fantasy Prints provides foamex boards printing for companies all over the UK. We print 3mm, 5mm and 10mm foamex boards. We produce 100s of foamex boards every day for customers all over Northumberland, Scottish Borders, Edinburgh and the UK.
We are foamex board printers that can supply whatever size and qty you require. We print foamex at our Ramparts unit within Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland.
As the maximum board size is 2.4m × 1.2m (8ft × 4ft approx.) or 3.05m x 1.56m (10ft x 5ft approx) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side by side to increase the image area.
As the foamex is lightweight, it can be easily installed with adhesive or strong double-sided tape as well as having the durability to be screwed straight through.
As with any foam-based products, please be aware of possible expansion in heated conditions and direct sunlight. If there is no room for expansion (if it is within a frame) this can cause the product to warp.
Standard product tolerance is an expansion of up to 5mm per linear metre
Each item is printed and finished to your requirements.
Due to transportation issues, the maximum length of board sent in one piece is 1.5m.
