Fantasy Prints provides 10mm foamex board printing for companies all over the UK. We produce 100s of foamex boards every day for customers all over Northumberland, Scottish Borders, Edinburgh and the UK.
We are foamex board printers that can supply whatever size and qty you require. We print foamex at our Ramparts unit within Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland.
As the maximum board size is 2.4m × 1.2m (8ft × 4ft approx.) or 3.05m x 1.56m (10ft x 5ft approx) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side by side to increase the image area.
Foamex is lightweight, it can be easily installed with adhesive or strong double-sided tape as well as having the durability to be screwed straight through.
Please be aware of possible expansion in heated conditions and direct sunlight for foam-based products. If there is no room for expansion (if it is within a frame) this can cause the product to warp.
Standard product tolerance is an expansion of up to 5mm per linear metre.
Each item is printed and finished to your requirements.
Due to transportation issues, the maximum length of the board sent in one piece is 1.5m.

slightly pricey for what they are
Hi Corrina thanks for review. for 10mm PVC we have a minimum cost due to setup and cutting the size you had fell into this. If you need more in future and orders more than one or bigger you should see a difference in m2 price.
