HP High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Reinforced Banner is a high-performance alternative to traditional PVC scrim banners with a lower impact on the environment. At 180 g/m2, HP HDPE Reinforced Banner offers strength greater than or equal to 440 g/m2 PVC scrim products, but is 100 percent recyclable.

This tough, lightweight woven HDPE banner material is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions without fading and losing vibrancy thanks to a proprietary HP media surface-treatment technology. The substrate is temperature-, tear- and weather-resistant and offers significant cost benefits in terms of installation, transportation and disposal. In fact, HP HDPE Reinforced Banner reduces transportation costs by almost half per square foot of material.

Finishes for HDPE Reinforced

  • Finish Image - hems and eyelets

    Welded Hems & Eyelets

    Items will be given a welded hem, then eyeletted at equal distributions along the hem.

    The standard distribution of eyelets is one per metre. If you require a different distribution or specific placement of eyelets, that is no problem at all - simply let us know what you need when you place your order.

  • Finish Image - hems banner

    Welded Hems Only

    Items will be given a 53mm welded hem.

  • Finish Image - pole pockets

    Pole Pocket(s)

    A pocket is added to the edges you require to allow a pole to pass through and support/tension the banner.

    The diameter of the pocket can be specified by you, however, if you let us know the diameter of the object to go into the pole pocket we can calculate the size of the pocket for you.

  • Finish Image - trimmed to size zund

    Trimmed to Size

    Items will be cut to the size ordered.

  • Finish Image - trimmed with eyelets hand

    Trimmed With Eyelets

    Same as Trimmed to Size but with the addition of eyelets.

  • Finish Image - shape cut

    Shape Cut

    Items will be machine-cut to required shape.

    Limit of one shape per order line applies.
