  • Fair Employment Practices: Upholding fair labour practices including freely chosen employment, safe and healthy working conditions, and the right to organise and bargain collectively.
  • No Child Labour or Forced Labour: Ensuring that child labour and all forms of modern slavery, including forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, are strictly prohibited in our business and supply chain.
  • Health, Safety and Wellbeing: Promoting the health, safety, and mental wellbeing of our workforce by providing a safe, secure, and supportive working environment.
  • Fair Wages and Working Hours: Complying with national laws on wages, working hours, and benefits, and paying employees in a timely, fair, and transparent manner.

  • Community Impact: Minimising adverse impacts and seeking to contribute positively to the communities in which we operate.

4. Supply Chain and Business Partners
We expect our suppliers and business partners to share our commitment to human rights and conduct their operations in line with this policy. We reserve the right to audit and assess compliance and may terminate relationships with partners who fail to meet our standards.

5. Training and Awareness
Fantasy Prints will provide training and resources to ensure employees understand and can implement this policy in their day-to-day work. We will also encourage suppliers and partners to adopt similar training and awareness initiatives.

6. Reporting and Remediation

Reports will be handled sensitively, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation. Where breaches are identified, we will take appropriate corrective actions.
