At Fantasy Prints, we take pride in our ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality print solutions. Recently, we took on an urgent challenge—completing a rush order of 1,350 correx boards for the Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS), the Teachers’ Union. With only two days to complete the order, our team went above and beyond to ensure success in correx board printing.
The Challenge: A Fast turnaround on a Bulk Order
EIS needed 1,350 correx boards printed and ready within 48 hours to support their latest campaign. Understanding the significance of this project and the impact it would have; we immediately sprang into action to meet the deadline for corrugated plastic board.
Supporting the “Stand Up for Quality Education” Campaign
This rush order was a key part of EIS’s “Stand Up for Quality Education” campaign, which advocates for better conditions for teachers and improved learning experiences for students. The campaign focuses on three key priority areas:
- A significant reduction in teacher workload to ensure educators have the time and energy to focus on effective teaching.
- Increased funding and support for pupils with additional support needs, allowing every student to receive the resources and assistance they require.
- Building the skills, resources, and school culture to address distressed, violent, and aggressive pupil behaviour, creating a safer and more supportive learning environment.
Our correx boards will play an essential role in spreading awareness and reinforcing these vital messages.
Working Late into the Night Printing Correx Boards
Meeting this deadline required extraordinary dedication, and our operations manager, Steven Dougall, stepped up to the challenge. Running the machine late into the night and arriving early the next morning, Steven ensured that every board met our high-quality standards while keeping up with the demanding schedule. His commitment and expertise were key to the success of this project.
A Happy Client
Despite the tight turnaround, we delivered all 1,350 correx boards within two days, and EIS was delighted with the results.
“I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 5 years, and I continue to be impressed with Fantasy Prints. Their team is dedicated to providing the best service possible, and it shows in every interaction. Our latest job was required urgently, and they didn’t disappoint. Artwork sent at 5pm on Tuesday and 1,300 A3 placards were delivered by 11am on Thursday. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.” – Paul Benzie
